Laser WeldinG
Our facility delivers high-precision laser welding with controlled energy input to minimize heat-affected zones and produce strong, reliable welds. Equipped with a 3D laser welding system featuring 5-axis travel and flexible seam geometries, we achieve hermetic welds across aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials, ideal for durable, precise, and biocompatible medical applications.
Laser Marking
We provide advanced laser marking solutions for permanent, high-contrast, regulation-compliant identification. Using ultra-short pulse technology, we create corrosion-resistant, durable marks that withstand autoclaving, saline exposure, and repeated sterilization, ensuring traceability, compliance, and material integrity for Unique Device Identification (UDI).
Laser Cutting
Fong’s operates one of Singapore’s only specialized medical hypotube laser cutting systems. With 20-micron accuracy, a 2-axis precision linear system, 2-axis auto-adjust rotation, and fiber laser technology, we cut tubes up to 12.8 mm in diameter and 1.8 m in length. An automated feeder and unloader enable scalability for high-volume medical device production.
