Fong’s Engineering now offers in-house cleaning and passivation capabilities, strengthening our end-to-end manufacturing solutions for medical devices and precision components. Our controlled cleaning processes effectively remove contaminants such as oils, particulates, and residues, ensuring components meet stringent industry cleanliness standards. This is complemented by our passivation process, which enhances corrosion resistance and surface integrity of stainless steel parts by removing free iron and promoting the formation of a protective oxide layer. Together, these capabilities ensure improved product performance, reliability, and compliance with demanding medical and industrial requirements.
